Major Activities/Achievements of Gunjan Foundation : Gunjan Foundation, a small step in that direction, was founded in 2004 by Mrs. Sushma Singhvi, with the prime objective of spreading social awareness and work for the upliftment of the society, in particular the disadvantaged section. Its aim is to create brotherhood, a sense of oneness, humanity, honesty and discipline in the society and to work for the upliftment of the community irrespective of the caste and colour. It was promoted to make special and focused efforts for the educational advancement and welfare, specially of women, children and the backwards. The acquisition of literacy and vocational or other forms and fields of training, enable people to achieve self employment, self respect and self sufficiency. Gunjan Foundation works for blood donation women literacy vocational training, artificial limbs donations rehabilitation of handicapped
