Details of Achievements :
All India Maitreya Society has been running 149 AIE center under SSA for imparting education to deprived children of slums and unauthorized colonies of Delhi and Faridabad from 2003 to 2009. The main objectives of these programmes are to enroll, retain and bring children into mainstreaming in the formal schooling system. All India Maitreya Society has successfully brought 80 % children into mainstreaming in the formal schooling system till 2009. All India Maitreya Society mobilized the community in Delhi for acceleration of education as well as women empowerment with the support of UNICEF. The organization established 93 Kshetra education comities for sustaining the education programme in North West Delhi. All India Maitreya Society EFA education centers at Nalanda in Bihar. The Organization had also establish eco Plus in different Govt. Schools in Nawada district of Bihar the Organization worked for social forestry at OPA Block Pandra Ranchi Jharkhand. All India Maitreya Society has been working for Solid Waste Management in Okhla Industrial Area Delhi. The Organization has successfully being carrying out for door to door collection and scientific segregation of Solid Waste in these area with the support of Okhla Industrial association which has been appreciated by SAHARA SAMAY by direct telecasting of achievements of AIMS and Dr. Pandey in Mishal serial at all India level on 2nd and 3rd Nov. of 2007. All India Maitreya Society is also imparting life skills education to teachers of Govt.schools of Delhi as well as Of Bihar. The Organization has done successfully survey and research programme for absenteesm of teachers and out of school children in Punjab and in Harayana. The organization has also participated in survey as well as in raising awareness programme under Yamuna Action Plan II in Delhi and Faridabad Haryana.
