Major Activities/Achievements : Brainchild of a few outstanding academicians, Educational Technology and Management Academy was established in the year 1993 as a non profitable and non governmental trust to generate synergy between sciences of human learning and management with focusing principally on human excellence and organizational creativity. With objectives of promoting science of educational technology and management among diverse groups, capacity building among teachers and heads of educational institutions of various levels and organizations, promoting modern management in the corporate sector several workshops, seminars and training programmes are organized. Our academy also undertakes research and consultancy services in the above mentioned fields. Few of the programmes conducted by ETMA In the year 2006-2007 •Programme on Personal Effectiveness and Excellence for faculty members of engineering colleges. •Programme on Personal Effectiveness and Excellence for administrative staff of engineering colleges. •Programme on Personal Effectiveness and Excellence for Women Police Personnel. •Programme on Smart Learning for engineering students •Programme on instructional ledership for senior teachers and principals of schools. •Effective Communication Skills for teachers in school •New Learning Designs for School Teachers. •Action Research for 21st Century School Leadership. •Leadership Development among Women. •Cyber Crime against Women Awareness Programme.
