On request of Bharat Ram Mordiya Smarak Nyas (BRMSN), the State Government of Rajasthan has allotted a piece of land to set up an educational institution for girls only at village Hinsla, Tehsil Thanagazi free of cost. Some gentlemen of the area have also donated their agricultural land to set up an educational institution for both the boys and girls. In the first phase the Bharat Ram Mordiya Smarak Nyas is engaged in the works relating to development of infrastructure to set up the proposed institution. Apart from the above the other activities of Bharat Ram Mordiya Smarak Nyas are as follows 1. Rain water Harvesting Programme – On request of BRMSN a survey has been conducted by the Central Ground Water Board to know the feasibilities to raise ground water level in the area of Thanagazi, Alwar district. The survey team has suggested to construct a check dam at Khasra No. 1103, village Hinsla to recharge the rain water,The proposal for construction of check dam is still under consideration of the State Government. 2. Provision of tap water supply in village Hinsla, Thanagazi, Alwar – The society (BRMSN) has prepared a proposal for construction of a over head water tank to provide tap water in the area. Recommondations have been obtained from the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Saleta, Pradhan, Panchyat Samiti, Thanagazi; MLA from Thanagazi; and Member of Parliament from Alwar. The government of Rajasthan has taken timely action in this regard and at present the villagers are enjoing tap water for their domestic needs, 3.Samoohik Bhoj: The BRMSN is with the view that the organisation of Sarvajati Bhoj is the only way to fight against the social evil and to bridge the gap in the society based on caste and relilgion and best ocassion to discuss the issues of national and community development. Hence, Sarvajati Bhojs are being organised by the organization, once in a year, in rural area of Rajasthan with the financial help of residents of that particular area. 4. Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya: BRMSN has prepared a request in the name of Honble Minister of HRD, Government of India, and got recommendation of the Member of Parliament (ALWAR) to choose Thanagazi Block for the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya which is the fittest area for the scheme in Alwar district of Rajasthan.Union Government has approved one KGBV in category Model-I for Thanagazi Block and sanctioned/ released an considerable amount as central share for the said vidyalaya. At present Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya is in function at Pratapgarh, Thanagazi, Alwar district of Rajasthan. 5. Organizing Seminars, awareness programmes particularly for women like child development-save girl child; 6. Consumer awareness programme to same consumer rights 7. Awareness relating to welfare schemes meant for SCs./STs being run by the State/Union Government. 8. Free legal advice to weaker sections and BPL families, 9. Women awareness generation programme 10. Environmental awareness; 11. Cultural programmes; and 12. Road safety programme etc.
