Cultural programs are an integral part of our country which has diversity spread all around. The cultural programs bind us together with people of different regions and religions and thus makes the world a more comfortable and better place to live in. Antodaya Foundation has been involved in organizing many cultural activities round the year in different areas. The cultural event includes programs like organizing Ram Kath which was a very popular event that was attended by many people which included devotees as well as people of different religions as well. The event was concluded by a huge Bhandara to spread happiness and warmth that reflected the core motive of our initiative. Health and Hygiene awareness campaign. The essence of human life lies in living it properly. To survive is one thing and to live life is another. The significance of health and hygiene around us is of utmost importance. The more clean and better the surrounding the more beautiful will the life be. Antodaya foundation arranged for many programs in different areas across country to educate people about healthy living habits and practices to improve their standards of living. The event resulted in many families benefiting from the knowledge that was being spread and thus improving the life standards. SLUM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Slum is a run down area of a city where mostly we find those people who have migrated from rural area to urban areas in search of food, shelter and most importantly for wages to support their families. These are basically the areas in which most inhabitants are in or near poverty, stores and residences are cheap and dilapidated, and streets are narrow and blighted. Slums have been created in various locations; where they arise depends upon political and economic conditions in a community. YOUTH AWARENESS PROGRAM Considering of high level illiteracy the foundation has started awaring the youth about the hygienic habits and talked about the improvement in their style of living. The foundation also spreaded awareness about the bad habits of alcohol intake, smoking and drug addiction.It also talked about the safety of people regarding the traffic rules and road safety.
