Major Activities/Achievements : 1. Comprehensive Planning for Land based Micro-enterprises Development through Women SHGs in Haryana for Haryana Community Forestry Project, Forest Department, Government of Haryana. 2. Organized a stake holders’ Workshop at Chandigarh in May 2000 to tie up the micro enterprises of women with markets and technologies. 3. Training Manual for Training of Link Workers and SHG Office Bearers in the process of group formation and nurturing, 2001. 4. Capacity building support to three grass roots level NGOs contracted to provide support to SHGs under Haryana Community Forestry Project, 2001-2003. 5. Evaluation of rehabilitation programme of earthquake affected persons in Kutch and Bhuj areas of Gujarat for South Asia Partnership – India, New Delhi, 2004. 6. Final Evaluation of Post Literacy Programme in Firozabad District, Uttar Pradesh, 2005. 7. Preparation of Evaluation Manual for training of chief executives of non profit Societies for Chaitanya-Pune (2009 – to be completed in August ) 8. Preparation of Long Term Perspective Plan for Land Use in Uttar Pradesh , 2010-2035 (2009-ongoing) 9. Documentaryon initiative of restoration of traditional water harvesting systems at the Dargah Complex at Ajmer Sharif 10.publishing e-journal “Initiatives”, focusing on the themes of environment, human development and livelihoods.
