FCRA Certificate Renewal AND new FCRA Registration Certificate and Return File other services
Dear Colleagues,
We have observed that there is quite widespread panic among FCRA registered organisations about applying for renewal for multiyear project organisations by 31th December, 2015.
We are clarifying this issue in the enclosed Standard and Norms entitled “ It is not mandatory to file FC renewal application before 30th December”. Please go through the same carefully and disseminate this information widely.
Every certificate of registration issued to a organisation shall be liable to be renewed after the expiry of five years from the date of its issue. six months before the date of expiry of the certificate of registration, for its renewal.
What is the consequences for non-renewal?
Certificate of Registration deemed to have ceased and NGO has to apply for fresh Certificate of Registration
Prior Permissions FCRA Registration Charges 20000.00 Only
FC-6 Returns Filed Charges par years 3000.00 only
FCRA Renewal charges 20000.00 only
Normal FCRA Registration Charges 25000.00 Only
fcra bank account change Charges 5000.00
Address Change in FCRA 5000.00
