Details of Achievements :

The Kerala Social Development Society is a Non Profit Making Charitable Society registered in the year 1997 having jurisdiction all over India. It is a society granted with FCRA registration and also approved under section 12AA,80 G (5)(vi) and 35AC of the Income Tax Act 1961.It has also granted with PAN from Income Tax Of India.It a NGO working for uplifting the downtrodden people and is implementing various kinds of Projects and Programmes for uplifting these Poor backward people belongs to all different communities.The benefits of Kerala Social Development Society KSDS is open for all persons. Its registered office is Functioning at Kattappana in Idukki District of Kerala State.It has got branch offices at Delhi,Bangloore,Laksha Deep and Theni District of Tamilnadu.The actvities of KSDS isnow mainly operating in Idukki District of Kerala andTheni District of Tamilnadu States.Every year we are providing free and concessional Vocational education Training to 200 poor students. KSDS is running a Vocational Training Institute at Kattappana in the name and style “KSDS ITC” which is approved by the NCVT, Goverment of India.At Present we are conducting Health Sanitary Inspector and Data Entry Operator Courses ( approved by the NCVT ).Apart from these courses we are also providing Training on other Vocational Courses like Beauty Parlour, Dairying ,Candle and Soap making. we are also running an Adult Literacy and Continuing Education Centre each at Uthamapalayam in Theni District of Tamilnadu and at Kattappana. Kerala Social Development Society is also providing Free Legal Aid and Assistance to poor Litigants.we are also providing Training and also conducting Various awareness seminars for Women for their empowerment and self respect.
